Guys, can I just tell you I am so excited! Sure, I have been writing posts and recipes for about a year but I never dreamed I could actually turn them into a book. I wrote a cookbook. I am super proud of this and the contents held in it. This was not just a fly by night experiment. It is a compellation of a year of clean recipes that have appeared on this blog.
You did this. You brought this out in me and I am so grateful to all of you for it. So let me explain where I’m going with this. Today is the official blog release of my Cheap, Easy, Clean Ecookbook. It is the culmination of my 5-day Cheap, Easy and Clean Challenge. (The challenge will continue until the end of March so you can still get all 5 days of emails by subscribing to the blog.)
This book contains all the recipes from the challenge, as well as other 21-day fix and clean eating recipes you may have seen here. I also offer up my best tips, and substitution that I have developed for myself and my own family. I have been researching clean eating for going on 9 years and share what I have learned in this book. It contains my super moist Banana Bread, healthy but decadent Chocolate Waffles and a bunch more.
